2. A 50% deposit is required confirming reservation. Balance 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter/Long weekends and one night stays.
4. Sorry No Pets please.
5. Bonds may apply to self-contained accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation within 15 - 30 days of arrival - $25.00 administration fee.
2. Cancellation within 8 - 14 days of arrival - 50% of total tariff.
3. Cancellation within 1 - 7 days of arrival - 100% of total tariff (unless relet).
4. No refunds on early departures.
