Five self contained motel style rooms, each with queen bed plus a single divan and ensuite. Table/chairs, TV, benchtop, microwave, toaster, hot water jug, fridge, crockery/cutlery/glasses etc, heating, air-conditioning. Quality doonas/pillows/linen/towels provided. Tea/Coffee making facilities. Overlooking the Delatite River and Mt Timbertop.

All rooms are self catering.

Queen plus single divan, sleeps up to 3 people.
