• We accept payments by Visa, Master Card or Direct Deposit.
• A 50% deposit is required confirming reservation. Balance 7 days prior to arrival.
• Surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter/Labour Day Weekend.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - an administration fee of $20.00.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - 50% of total tariff.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - 100% of total tariff (unless relet).
• No refunds on early departures.
