Conditions
- $300.00 fully refundable security bond payable for all 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. $150.00 fully refundable security bond payable for 1 bedroom apartments.
- All payments by credit card - we accept Visa, Master Card and Bankcard.
- An initial deposit of 50% is required upon confirming reservation. Balance 30 days prior to arrival.
- Surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter and long weekends.
- Midweek — Sunday-Thursday.
- Weekend — Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Cleaning fees apply to rooms not left in an acceptable condition.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - an administration fee of $20.00.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - 50% of total tarrif.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - 100% of total tariff (unless relet).
- No refunds on early departures.
