Conditions

1. All payments by credit card- we accept Visa, Master.
2. An initial deposit of 50% required confirming reservation.
3. Sorry No pets.
4. Midweeks: Monday to Thursday.
5. Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
6. Cleaning fees apply if rooms not left in an accptable condition.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - an administration fee of $20.00.
2. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - 50%of total tarrif.
3. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - 100% of total tarrif (unless relet).
4. No Refund on early departure.
