Conditions

1. $400.00 fully refundable security bond payable for all 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Bluegum $600.00 bond.
2. All payments by credit card and direct deposits - we accept Visa, Master Card and Bankcard.
3. An initial deposit of 50% is required upon confirming reservation. Balance 30 days prior to arrival.
4. Surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter and long weekends.
5. Midweek — Sunday-Thursday.
6. Weekend — Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
7. Sorry, no pets.
8. Cleaning fees apply to rooms not left in an acceptable condition.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. A cancellation fee of 20% of paid deposit may apply to bookings cancelled.
2. A fee shall not apply to bookings where contact has been made 14 days prior to arrival and an alternative date has been selected for the booking.
3. No refund shall apply to bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
4. All deposits paid maybe forfeited if balance of payment for booking has not been received by the arranged due date and the client has been unable to contact.
